Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

How to request a refund

Conditions

Products must be returned in unused and resaleable condition where applicable. We may deduct from the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.

Processing

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive the returned product or after your withdrawal is confirmed. The same payment method will be used unless otherwise agreed.
